What is Lunar New Year and How is the the Lunar New Year celebrated?
Lunar New Year begins on the date (in East Asia) of the second new Moon after the winter solstice, which always occurs in late December. This means that the first day of the Lunar New Year can occur anytime between January 21 and February 20. This year Lunar New Year is falls on 10th February 2023.
Most of the people will have a dinner on the Lunar New Year Eve with their family/friends.
